Our six-month snow removal program gives you peace of mind knowing your property will be consistently and professionally looked after all winter long.

Firstly, let it be said that it takes many more people and resources to service less clients in the winter, so snow removal spots are limited in order for us to serve our clients in a timely manner with the resources we have available.

We are almost always fully booked well before the first snowfall, so request a quote early!  We will update our website once we are full which will likely be early to mid October each year. Don’t wait till the snow has arrived. Call us well before then! 

We regret that we can’t help everyone with their snow removal, however, there are a variety of reasons for this

We always endeavor to help as many people as possible with their lawns, however there are a few limitations to helping as many snow removal clients as possible.  As mentioned above, it takes many more resources in the winter to accommodate less people.  For example, one lawn mowing truck could service approximately 80 to 100 residential clients per week, whereas each truck in the winter is limited to about 35 clients all season as we pride ourselves on servicing our clients quickly.  We don’t have the luxury of spacing clients out over the course of a week like we do with lawn care.  When it snows, everyone must be taken care of at once!  

With this said, if we had enough resources to service everyone in the winter you could imagine how many of those resources would sit in the summertime.  This wouldn’t be economically sustainable.  This is why we’ve found a sweet spot so to speak in terms of helping as many people as possible while still being able to sustain the business to be around to service our clients and the communities for years to come.

Rest assured though that this doesn’t mean that we can never service you in the winter.  Although we keep the number of clients we service consistent, we usually see about a 90% renewal rate each Fall for snow removal.  Some of our clients move away, circumstances change, and sadly a few pass away each year.  

Spots naturally open each Fall so be sure to request a snow removal quote well before the winter and act on the quote once you receive it and chances are you may be able to have one of our coveted snow removal spots!

Our Pricing Levels

There are 6 different pricing levels that are quoted for residential properties depending upon the size of the property and the areas that you wish to have cleared, the estimated time it will take to remove the snow, and where the snow can be deposited upon removal, etc.

Our residential snow removal program provides you with unlimited snow removal for one fixed price from November 1st to April 30th. Essentially, you pay the same price whether there hasn’t been much snow and we therefore make very few visits to your property in a month, or whether we’ve had snowfalls galore and we’ve been there 30 times in a month. The 2025-2026 price levels are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: We do offer a Pre-Pay Incentive Option
If you wish to pre-pay for the above services, we will discount the above pricing by 5% if paid by the first Thursday of October.  

For example, all you would pay at price level 4 is $1910.78 for the entire season (GST and 5% discount already included).  Pre-payments can be made by credit card, e-transfer, or cheque. Cheques and e-transfers will only be accepted until the first Thursday of October. After this date, the only payment option is credit card. 

If you do not wish to pre-pay, and prefer paying monthly, we will simply charge your credit card at the end of each month for the normal monthly rate. So given the above level 4 example, the normal non-discounted GST included pricing would be $2006.30 for the entire season.
